Tusker House vs Boma for dinner
Let me start by saying that I promised DH that this would be a more relaxing trip, so I'm trying to avoid the Disney Transportation maze if possible.
For those who have done both the Tusker House dinner and Boma, how do they compare? Keep in mind that we have already been to Boma (and loved it).

I have no experience... have never done either. BUT for our trip I have chosen Boma.
Reasons I think you should choose Tusker House:
You have never been there
You don't want to deal with the transportation
You'll already be in AK (I assume)

I love love love Boma. But in your situation I vote for Tusker House. No transportation problems and you have already been to Boma.

I would also consider timing and restaurant/dining hours if the parks are closing semi - early - I would stay there until close and have a later dinner at Boma, and do the night vision goggles, and/or enjoy the resort to extend the day - if you would eat at the same time either way, I'd go with Tusker House to try something new, and come back here and give us the comparison!

For the reasons you've given about transportation, I'd also vote for Tusker House.

I haven't been to Tusker House either. So if you feel like trying something new go there. But I love Boma!!! When we ate there we did it on a AKL day, so it was just a short bus ride from AK to AKL. It was easy. We were staying at CBR, so to get back we took the AKL bus to Epcot, then the CBR bus back home
Was pretty fast I think.

I've been to both... Boma for dinner (spectacular) and Tusker House for breakfast (spectacular, too!)
I would without a doubt choose Tusker House over Boma for 2 reasons. 1) You've never been there and 2) It's spectacular and fun!
