It's not 100 days, no. You call at your 90 day mark and you can make your reservations for the next 10 days of your vacation if you are staying that long. If you are staying off property, you would need to call at 90 days for your first day of vacation, call back the next day to make reservations for your second day of vacation, etc.
The PS Calculator site
put in your arrival date in this site and it will tell you exactly which day you can make your ressies . From THAT date you can make ressies for up to 10 days of your stay. If you are staying longer you'll need to call back to make the ressies for day 11,12 etc later.
Hope this helps
