I actually just posted this same question and same link a couple of days ago (LOL) and was hoping someone could let us all know what the room capacity is. My concern is how many people are actually able to fit up against the railing and if those who are seated are being blocked by those people. A few people have posted that they've seen wishes from there already and the roof can get in your way unless you're right up against the railing. Could you let us know when you return what you thought of it and if you could successfully see both Spectro and Wishes without pushing your way to the railing? Have a great time!!!
I think I read that there is seating for 160 people. We really never thought about a roof blocking the fireworks display. Now I'm kind of worried. I certainly will post upon my return how it went.
I'm eagerly waiting to hear reviews from PassPorters who've been - I know a lot are planning on going. It's just a shame that it's only a limited run. I'm kind of hoping it will be a success and they'll do it for the holiday season when we're there!
One of the things mentioned in that review is that Disney does a great job bringing out food in shifts. However, one tray of the orange-yumminess in cups shows 80 cups on that tray. Assuming that they have to refill that tray at least once, I'd guess that the estimate of 160 people is darned close to actual, especially as the link above mentions that they allow walk-ups if space allows.

Added bonus...we didn't do the dessert party but when we were there Friday night (the 26th of June) we saw them setting up for it and people there....it looked to me that after the party, they let people out a back door and through a backstage lot, you avoid all of the Main Street rush and we saw people being let out of the large fence that is next to the smoking section next to the Chapeau. Basically, you would be exiting between the Chapeau and Tony's restaurant. (I hope I described that well enough for people to know where it is!!) Now, whether or not they do this every night I don't know...it could possibly have been some special occasion (Maybe a CM preview that night or something???)

I hope they do that every night. my Aunt has issues with heavy crowds in tight spaces and had a melt down the last time we were at wdw watching wishes while near the crystal palace. i am hoping that we don't have that problem again so that's why we are going to the dessert party this year. i was so excited to hear about it, i hope that they let us out that way. talk about icing on a cake!
