Tusker House and Boma

I was thinking about trying Tusker House on our next visit, but wonder if it is too similar to Boma, which will definitely be eating at in August. I dont want to go if it is going if they have similar food to Boma.
What do all of you think?

currently we have both on the eat list. From what I understand Tusker house is a lighter version. We plan on going for Tusker House for lunch so we can get a seat for finding nemo. I figure if we hate the food we won't do Boma the last day and can switch to something else.

I actually have reservations back to back. Dinner at Tusker house one night then Boma the next. We LOVED Boma. Some of the best food I have ever had. We've never been to Tusker house at dinner but even if the food is similar, I figure it's so delicious I won't mind.

It is very similar so if you are looking for variety I would cancel one of them.

I like the term "baby" Boma, a very good description.

If you already have res at Boma, maybe try Yak & Yeti at AK instead of Tusker.
For some variety. Allears.net has menus of the WDW restaurants.
