Who could possibly forget their ADR day? Me, that's who!
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd forget my ADR day! It's usually something I look forward to with great anticipation. But the busy-ness of life has taken its toll, I guess, and I have been completely neglecting our September/October trip for the last couple of weeks.
This morning, around 10:00 Central/11:00 Eastern, I suddenly realized that TODAY is the day!
Of course, the online reservation system wouldn't recognize my DVC confirmation number, so I had to get on the phone. We are doing a BCV/AKL split stay, so we were able to get everything we wanted for the first part of our stay and we have the AKL concierge folks working on the second part.
Our ADRs are:
9/28 (arrival day) -- Via Napoli for dinner
9/29 -- Restaurant Marrakesh for early dinner before Tower of Terror 10-miler
9/30 -- Hoping for Queen Victoria Room at V&A -- still working on this
10/1 -- Snack around at F&WF
10/2 -- Bistro de Paris for dinner
10/3 -- Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater for lunch; dinner will probably be at F&WF again
10/4 -- Narcoossee's for dinner before MNSSHP
10/5 -- Yak & Yeti for lunch
AKL Concierge is working on V&A for us, as well as the sunset safari and dinner at Jiko on 10/5. On 10/6, we are hoping there will be a Party for the Senses scheduled at F&WF.
This trip is to celebrate my 40th birthday, so we're going a bit more extravagant than we normally would. I'm so relieved that we were able to get what we wanted despite my brain cramp!

Good for you! We made ADR's last Thursday for the week prior to yours.
Made dinner reservations at Victoria for Chefs table-Sunday night 5pm-[first time], unavailable for Thursday for Chefs-you need to call them directly for reservations-altho they do have it online at dining ADRs.
Congratulations! Great meals. I did the sunset Safari last year and loved it! Up-close and personal with the animals and then a long, leisurely feast at Jiko. Sounds like a great birthday trip!
