Does anyone know when the last Akershus breakfast reservation time is ? My mom doesnt want to do the lunch there but we are afraid we wont make it over there early enough from our resort.

According to the menu on AllEars.Net - The Unofficial Disney Vacation Planning Guide - Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line, breakfast is served from 8 - 11:10 am. I would think as long as you have a reservation by 11 you will get breakfast. We had a 10:30 ADR in 2010, they were still serving breakfast as we were leaving, it was about 11:30 at that point.

In my experience, Disney is pretty good about having a wide range of breakfast times. We had a breakfast time of something like 11:15 at 1900 PF and while there was still plenty of food, we saw the characters only once and briefly, then they left the restaurant for good. It's for that reason that I typically like the earlier ones - better and more character interaction.

My trusty PassPorter says the last seating for breakfast is 10:10 am, which sounds about right, as then lunch starts at 11:40 am, giving them an hour and a half to rotate the last breakfast people out, before starting lunch.
