So we just set our date for our next trip as June 2-9 in 2013. I have over a year and am already thinking about ADRs (Yes, I know I have a serious problem).
Anyway one lesson learned from last year is not to schedule more than one ADR per day unless it is an early breakfast and a dinner. We did San Angel and LeCellier in the same day last year and it was too much. So, I am trying to stick to the one ADR in a day rule unless it is a character breakfast and a dinner.
When we travel, our kids will be 10, 8 and 5. We will be there for 7 days. Here are our favorites from last trip and must-dos for the next one: Ohana, Tusker House breakfast, and possibly CRT (if DD is still obsessed with princesses). I plan on trying Be Our Guest as it should be open by then and I want to try Liberty Tree Tavern.
Another vote for Teppen Edo. My DD's love it there (as does the rest of our group). It has been a "must do" for our past few trips.
We've done 1900 PF for breakfast and dinner and enjoyed both. The food was fine - nothing too great, but the character interaction was the draw here. Our experience with Boma was so-so. It was not terrible, but not worth going out of our way for (which we did since we weren't staying at AKL).
We've really enjoyed Ohana (which I see is a must do for you ... us too), Cape May Clambake Dinner, and Chef Mickey's.
BTW ... I don't even have any official trip plans; I'm still in the "hoping for a 2013 trip stages" and have already started to think about my ADR's as well! LOL! Have fun planning!

Your DD might really enjoy the Princess Breakfast at Akershaus in the Norway pavillion at EPCOT if she loves princesses! I personally enjoued our meal there.

Have you tried Via Napoli or Biergarten in EPCOT? Two of our favorites. Delicious food, and both have lots of options that should be appealing to kids. Also, Biergarten has a really neat show.
We've done breakfast & dinner at both Boma & 1900 Park Fare. We enjoyed both the food & the service. Our dinner at 1900PF also had superb character interaction.
My only concern with 1900PF would be the number of TS meals you have planned in the MK area, if you also go with 'Ohana, CRT, LTT and Be Our Guest.
We have also had wonderful meals at Garden Grill. The character interaction has always been terrific - we've had laugh-out-loud dinners there. And, the restaurant rotates - how cool is that for kids?
50's Prime Time Cafe has always been fun.
We've only been to Sci-Fi for lunch once and only found it okay, but that was many years ago - like 2002 or so.
We tried Teppan Edo last trip and really enjoyed that. The family sitting with us had 2 boys - probably 8 & 10 - and they seemed to have a lot of fun watching our meals being prepared.

I agree with Ashli on Biergarten. Food was great and the show was a lot of fun. (We have yet to try Via Napoli)
My daughter always enjoys Coral Reef. I think you have to choose the food options wisely but the restaurant is fun and the kids have great fun watching the fish.
Ohana- It's meatfest at it's best. Just a fun family experience.
Liberty Tree- yummy comfort food like you would make at home.
Teppan Edo - was fun. Food was o.k. But we loved the experience.
Crystal Palace- One of the nicest character dinners. Never seems as chaotic as the others. The food is good, but basically the same as at all of the buffests.
1900 PF- If your DD wants to see Cinderella, this is the one for you. Try the strawberry soup and the salmon. You also have a pic opp before the meal. $$ but if you are like us it is hard to get a whole family pic.
Rose and Crown- Tasty fish n chips.
The kids love Chef Mickeys , but it is very loud and chaotic to me. You do get another pic opp here ($35 per pkg).
Garden Grill is always a must do for our family. The food is good and the character interaction is AMAZING! We also enjoyed Cape May on our last trip and that would definitely be a good one to try.
