I'll be making our ADRs in about a week!! I have thought about our options, but still have time to tweak them if needed. We will be there for 4 days/nights in early Nov. It'll be me, DDad, DMom, and DNephew (9). My parents are fairly picky about where they eat. My mom doesn't like buffets and they both have high expectations for the food.
Here's what I've come up with:
AK day- dinner at Yak&Yeti (never been here)
HS day-lunch at Mama Melrose's with Fantasmic! dining package (never been here)
E day- lunch at Teppan Edo (have eaten here & liked it)
MK day-?? I was thinking about Liberty Tree Tavern, but not sure. I'm open to suggestions
We will be on the dining plan-actually hoping for free dining to be extended!
Choices sound great. IMHO you will enjoy all of those places we do. I agree with the previous post, Liberty Tree Tavern is family style for dinner so we book lunch so every one does not have to share the same thing. That said the food is excellent we just like ordering off the menu at lunch. Only other thought would be if you want dinner is to go to Grand Floridian Cafe for a break from the park and go back after, is what we do sometimes too.
Yak & Yeti is one of my favorites. Try the wonton dessert. I have a friend who used to live in Celebration, and her 'regular thing' was to go to Yak & Yeti for lunch on Sundays. If that's not a ringing endorsement, I don't know what is.
Good choices We loved Yak and Yeti last year, the food was delicious. We haven't eaten at Liberty Tree Tavern since 2006 but always enjoyed the family style dinner. Mama Melrose and Teppan Edo will be new for us and I've heard good things. I'd also recommend Tony's Town Square, we had a scrummy meal here last year. If you want a break from the parks you can always ride the monorail to one of the resorts. We'll be trying Kona Cafe at the Poly this trip.

Kobe burgers at Yak and Yeti are very good. I would go for Le Cellier for lunch at Epcot, but we are actually trying Teppan Edo for the first time this Sept. Sounds like some good choices, have a BALL!
