What are your favorite restaurants at Downtown Disney?

We are arriving on Wednesday evening, May 23. Our first day in the parks is on Thursday so we are planning to get checked in our room and head on over to Downtown Disney for dinner.

I am interested to know everyone's favorite restaurants there. I have already checked and we are not going to be able to dine at T-Rex. I was really hoping we could since I have not eaten there. I thought it might be fun for the kids (6 & 7) but maybe next time.

I am looking for restaurants with a good selection for both adults and kids. All recommendations are appreciated!

T-Rex
Wolfgang Puck
Earl of Sandwich (CS)

Have you tried calling T-Rex directly? We've been able to get reservations when nothing was available through Disney Dining or the website

We've only eaten at Planet Hollywood. To me, its sensory overload, but fun.

I have had two good experiences @ Raglan Road, but am a solo adult, so don't know how it would be w/ youngsters. Last February was dragged to Rainforest Cafe by a friend, and had a very good meal, pleasant server, and really enjoyed the environment - this was early afternoon on a Sunday, before crowds hit.

Maybe try T-Rex again (like Jimmymac said...call them directly). It is really great for kids...at least take a walk through!

Wolfgang Puck Express is another fave of ours.
