Has anyone ever heard of something like this happening? I went online 180 days out (we're now at 174 days) to make my ADRs and was able to get everything I wanted, with the notable exception of LeCellier lunch for Nov. 28th.
I kept getting the "there are no times available from 11 a.m. - 3:00 p.m." message, so I called the Reservation Line. I spoke with a very nice CM who explained to me that the "reservation times have not been loaded into the system yet" for LeCellier, and that I should keep trying.
Is it common for the "system" to not be updated for a certain restaurant? Any tips on being able to get a coveted LeCellier reservation?
Could they be updating the restaurant at this time? I tend to doubt it since it sounds like it's Thanksgiving week you're looking to book. Strange, for sure.
That explains why I was not able to get Rose and Crown as well! I'll have to keep trying.
When are the CP packages released? We're tossing around the idea of doing that instead of making a regular ADR.
I had this same issue when i called for my ADRs about a month ago. I had to keep calling everyday for like a week before i finally got it.Good luck!!!!
Beats me. My daughter called on our 180th day for Thanksgiving week ADRs and got everything we wanted. Only two did she have to change the time and only by 5 or 10 min. We got Le Cellier for lunch. Also got Ohana for dinner Tgiving night, Chef Mickey breakfast, Tusker House breakfast, Sci Fi, Via Napoli, and Whispering Canyon. Still hoping Be Our Guest will be open so we saved a day for it. Hope things work out for you.
Same thing happened to me today, I tried to book Le Cellier for 4 Dec and I was told the dates were not in the system yet. She didn't know when the dates would appear. I asked her if it could be to do with the Candlelight Processional and she said it could be but the CP packages wouldn't be in the system until August Yet I was able to get lunch at Teppan Edo for 9 Dec, go figure.

Nov/Dec 2012 to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and my 40th birthday!
Last year, they were announced (locations and prices) on June 30th then opened up for reservations on July 26th. I would expect something similar this year as well.
Though, Disney has been surprising us with earlier and earlier release dates for things lately, so I would keep an eye on the boards over the next few weeks as someone will definitely announce it here once there is news!
