I'd get rid of Whispering Canyon, Coral Reef and Via Napoli. I know I'm in the minority, but I had a really bad meal at Via Napoli and won't try it again any time soon.

Whispering Canyon
Tusker House
Via Napoli
Rose & Crown (if you can get an ADR for Illuminations) 1900 Park Faire if you can't.

Definately would do WCC. 1900 PF is good too if you want a buffet. At MK I don't care for any of the TS resturants in the park. I would get on the monorail and go to Ohana at the Poly.

We really enjoy Whispering Canyon for Breakfast and the Whiskey Maple-Glazed Trout for lunch (This is the best Trout I've ever had)

Forget Coral Reef, we like Rose and Crown and love 1900 Park Fare. Whispering Canyon was fun if you've never been I'd go, and we went to Tusker House for breakfast and really liked it.

On the DDP, I would probably choose:
-Tusker House (except I would prefer Boma to Tusker House if you're looking at dinner).
-Whispering Canyon Cafe (lots of fun!)
-1900 Park Fare (never eaten here but would like to try it.)
-Be Our Guest (if you can get this one, it would be my number 1 choice)
-Coral Reef. (I have never eaten at R&C myself, haven't heard any rave reviews except for the dessert. I LOVE Via Napoli, but I always get the pizza which isn't a very good deal on the DDP).

Since you are on the dining plan I would go to Artist Point instead of WCC.
My choices would be:
Tusker House
Be Our Guest
1900 Park Fare
Coral Reef
and Artist Point in place of WCC
