If it were my family, we'd skip doing Whispering Canyon Cafe and do two of the meals you have in Epcot (Coral Reef and Via Napoli), but I don't know if that works for your schedule.

My family would skip Rose & Crown and Via Napoli as we eat at similar places at home fairly often, but we aren't fans of WCC either.
We love Coral Reef and 1900 PF.

We've always loved WCC Can't really comment on much else...since we haven't eaten at most of the places. We liked Coral Reef....nice ambiance...peaceful. 1900 Park Fare is a great charter meal, the stepsisters and step mother are really what make it fun.

We are looking forward to trying Be Our Guest this coming December. We love Tusker House for a midday break. I think our kids will enjoy it even more with the addition of characters. Of the other choices, I would probably skip Coral Reef. If you are on the dining plan and only want pizza at Via Napoli, you might consider paying OOP, and add another table service. Happy eating!

Be Our Guest looks amazing but you'll really have to be on top of the ADR system for that one. So who knows, the decision may be partially decided for you. But here's to hoping! I'd definitely stick with 1900 Park Faire. While I haven't been yet, you can't go wrong with Mary Poppins and Alice. <3
