Boma has many wonderful choices. Lots of variety and lots of flavor. The chefs use various spices (African and Indian) and it is all very good. I did not encounter anything spicey/hot...just various flavors.

If you have special concerns, the servers are very good to let the chef know and he/she will walk you around the buffet to show which foods are best suited or which to avoid (ie. Vegetarian, Gluten free, etc).

There is a child-friendly area with lots of traditional American favorites for any less adventurous eaters (adults can eat here, too).

Save room for dessert. There are delicious choices.

Save time to explore the resort, too. Lots ot do and see.

Enjoy!!

It's one of our favourites. We love all of the offerings there, especially as they're things we can't usually get anywhere else. We've also been with less adventurous eaters shall we say and they've had no problem finding things to eat. Be sure to save room for desserts, as those are delicious.

We love Boma too! As the others have said, there's great selection and be a bit adventurous and try some of those new, odd sounding goodies they have on the buffet. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Enjoy!!

Boma is one of our three must-do's on every trip. Our whole family lives it. We are very adventurous when it comes to food, however, I don't think you need to be to enjoy Boma. If you are adventurous the are wonderful fuses with unique flavors, but if you aren't there are some standard items as well and they are delicious. Dessert is great, definitely try the Zebra Domes!

I ate there for the first time on my trip two weeks ago. My sister and I had wished we had more than one reservation there. The food was THAT good!! They have awesome mashed potatoes (white cheddar i think?) and you must try the zebra domes!! Our waitress was excellent and she recommended many different items. I was recovering from food poisoning that day so i wasn't feeling 100% and i couldn't eat as much or as adventurous as i would have liked but what i had was wonderful!

An absolute must. The atmosphere is wonderful - the children (of all ages) can go outside before the meal and look at the animals. The adults can have a relaxing drink and conversation at the hotel bar which is conveniently located right above Boma.

I am usually not an adventurous eater, so I wasa little reluctant when my wife first suggested trying Boma. But now, this is my first choice when I get to pick a restaurant.

Also of note, they are extremely accommodating to food allergies. My kids have had some of the best desserts at Boma.

Yum, yum, yum! We have fallen in love with Boma. It was the first meal of our January trip and will be the location of our first meal in September. It was that good!

We always enjoy Boma. They always have a large selection of both african themed foods and more traditional foods. The deserts are awesome! These pics make me hungry!

Our traditional first dinner spot. I love the different flavors of Boma. I can get some of the flavors, working in the most Arabic populated city in America, but I still crave the flavors of Boma, all year long. My only disappointment is that they no longer have felafel. The cos-cous salads and the curry pasta are so good, BUT save room for those zebra domes, YES they are that good! They are so good, there is sometimes a wait for them. Go hungry,it is the place to experiment with so many different flavors,if you don't make at least 3 trips to the buffet you will regret it later on that week. When they roll you out, take a stroll around one of the coolest lobbies in all of WDW (look for the hidden Mickeys in the African shields in the ceiling, and enjoy My favorite start to our Disney vacation!
