Teppan Edo is my kids' favorite for dinner at Epcot. I'm a little nervous with the soy sauce and common cooking area, but then I can't remember if the food is seasoned at all before cooking. Does anyone have any first hand experience eating there gluten free? Any places that you've had a bad experience and should avoid?
I did not post info. BURP, SORRY!
They do allergens first then the main show. I am soy free so that makes it harder for them. They usually have gluten free soy sauce but all other sauces are made ahead with regular soy. They scrape and clean the cooking area so that it is allergen free, I was filled up and needing larger clothes. I didi not get one reaction from this food and it was done safely. I have had Japanese food at Disneyland but this was just as good, nearly. It is run by the Japanese store next door. They will not make you sick, promise.

Disneyland was fun with flag retreat and pickles. I have a home here, thank you. GAC is NOT a "front of the line pass".
She is gone but keeping signature. Laundry is getting done. My purpose in life is to help poor people in FL. Farewell, will miss you.
