We have three. Boma, Teppan Edo and Ohana. I asked my DH and 2 kids and all 4 of us listed these as must do's but each in different orders. I don't know that we could pick just one.

We've eaten at some great restaurants and loved them, but our musts are Crystal Palace and Le Cellier.
