Concierge...do they call for you?

Hi all,
Looks like we're one step closer to the magic as our 90 day date approaches. We're booked concierge at WL. Do they call us for our choices for PS or do I need to call it in?
I did get a questionnaire to fill out a ways back in like Jan I think, but DH wants to go to Artist Point for a special dinner
How often do concierge staff call you to update you on ps times, etc.?
As always thanks for your help!

I would call or e-mail the concierge staff just to be sure that they've gotten your questionnaire - luckily - Artist's Point isn't like CRT - it doesn't fill up right away.

Tell them that you would like a call or confirmation that you've gotten your PS's.

Re: Concierge...do they call for you?

PS arrangements are one of the reasons I Concierge. I kept in contact with the CMs at AKL-C and BW-C. I sent the requests via email and asked for them to confirm they received it. When the 90 days approached, they were excellent at keeping in touch. I was excited every day to open my mail and see what good things were happening. Pixie dust sprinkled on our trip and we got everything we wanted including CRT breakfast and an Illuminations cruise.

Definately call them and confirm they received your requests. You definately get spoiled on that floor!

You might want to inquire about being the Flag Family during your stay. It is a very neat thing to do with your family and is exclusive to the Wilderness Lodge.

Enjoy!

We also received all of our PS confirmation's on a daily basis via email once the 90 days began. And each time that I had to change anything they would email me the new PS form. Enjoy it and have a wonderful trip.

Re: Concierge...do they call for you?

We got updates any time we wanted them, although NOT every day. That would have been too much. And don't forget, once you are there, they can make all the changes you need.
Have a good trip.

Funny thing about our stay at the Boardwalk. We were booked in a water view room and got a call the day before from the Concierge asking if we had any special requests. Unknown to us, we had been upgraded. It was wonderful! Now we're spoiled forever.
