How much is bottled water?

I was under the impression that a small 12 oz bottle of water was around $3, but I just read a post on another website that said a 12 oz bottle of water is only $1.25. Can anyone verify? I was going to ship some water down but won't if the water is that inexpensive. Thank you.

Re: How much is bottled water?

Another question: can you use the Souvenir Mug and buy bottled water?

Re: How much is bottled water?

Last December and this past May, a 12oz bottle of water was $1.25 and a 24oz bottle was $2.50

As for the mug question, you can pour your paid-for bottled water into it

We found it much easier to leave the mug at the hotel and just drink the bottled water from the bottle. That gave us much more room to store bought stuff each day

Re: How much is bottled water?

I bought a 24 oz bouttle for $2.00 this past May. When I commented to the CM that the price had gone down since November, he told me that WDW was keeping it in line with other parks.

Re: How much is bottled water?

I usually buy a bottle of water and then refill it from fountains during the day as necessary.

Re: How much is bottled water?

The last time I was there (2 years ago)it was $2.50 for the 24 oz. We have always filled water bottles at home (or the hotel) and put them in the freezer the night before then take them into the parks and refill them at the water fountains as needed. Disney water fountains are not bad tasting although they are not as cold as we like it. However, don't do this if you are going to Busch Gardens, the water in the fountains is very warm and tastes (and smells) like swamp water!
