The Candy shop by Le Chapeau, across the street from the Emporium does also.

My 5 year old, always has to get cotton candy-- and that's where we get his, it comes in a little container, rather than a stick.

Re: Cotton Candy??

Can I just rant on this issue for a moment? I am a cotton candy addict and I am so sad about the fact that you used to be able to get a hot, fresh, cone of cotton candy dozens of places on property.

Now, however, almost everywhere that sells cotton candy does so in those little bitty tubs...for about 2.50! It isn't fluffy, it doesn't seem like as much, and it isn't very fresh. The places I have found where you can still get a cotton candy are Mickey's Towntown Fair and the Main Street Candy Shop. Sometimes I find it in the World Showcase and it is always fresh at the Boardwalk.

I just don't like those little tubs! My local baseball stadium has made the switch as well. Anyone else feel this way?

Re: Cotton Candy??

My DD *made* the cotton candy at the Confectionary in WDW from Jan-Aug! She HATES that machine! It is made fresh, several times a day, but putting it in the tubs/bags makes it compress too much for me. I remember when I was little, we'd go to the Christkindlsmarkt (Christmas market) in Nurnberg, Germany and the cotton candy was white and fluffy as snow...none of this pink and blue compressed stuff...we all think it looks too much like fiberglass insulation and about as appetizing!

I've never had the tubs, but the bags that are sold in the store in Toontown are very fresh and yummy!

Re: Cotton Candy??

The tubs do bother me alot!!! I want my baby to have cotton candy on a stick!! (I'm serious)-- I don't know why but it bothers me. I will get it at Toontown next time, I didn't know it was fresh there. At least he gets it on a stick (like cotton candy should be) at the Phillies Games.

When we went to Disneyland Paris the cotton candy was served on huge, huge huge sticks. The blob of cotton candy was like a foot and a half tall! It was yummy and messy, just as cotton candy should be .
