Business Casual What is appropriate womens shoe attire for business casual, when they specify no flip flops? Is that "pool type" flip flops, or all open toed fancier versions of the flip flop. Practically all my summer shoes are "flip flops".????

Re: Business Casual I think they're talking about the plastic cheapy flipflops that you wear around the pool. I imagine that if your clothes are business casual, then the fancy-type flip flops would be just fine! It's not like they specify NO open toed shoes.

Re: Business Casual I wore black dressy sandals that are technically flip flops but very fancy with a halter style dress and I was perfectly dressed for California Grill
