I'm not even hungry and I keep getting up wanting to eat something! (I do sit back down without eating--I'm waiting for Disney)

A good solution to moderate adventuring with food is to ask for the sauces on the side!

Thumbs up Desserts at The Wave

Here are the pics of the desserts we had at the Wave on 9-20-08, they were all so very yummy!!! Since there was 5 of us-we tried them all and shared . 2 of us ordered the sorbets.
Enjoy..........
Decadent Flavors - blueberry compote with yogurt gelato, lemon cornbread with vanilla panna cotta, chocolate mousse with salted caramel sauce.
Crispy and Crunchy - vanilla-braised pineapple spears, almond-pineapple-raisin baklava, zucchini-carrot cake with vanilla panna cotta.

Creamy Indulgence - cheesecake with raspberry coulis, coconut panna cotta with passion fruit drizzle, chocolate pasion fruit mousse with pecan-olive brittle.
Freshly Crafted Sorbets - lemon basil sorbet, pineapple sorbet, strawberry sorbet.
They were all so very good !!! They were small as u can tell-but at the end of a very filling meal-it was the perfect size for us. The Wave was a VERY VERY GOOD experience for us all-the service was IMPECCABLE (spelling) from our server William (he got MORE than a 20% tip from both Karen and myself) , the food was absolutely wonderful (go back to my pics of the "regular" food if u want to see those) -we could not have asked for a better last meal before heading home to GA !!!
