| For Laura (and anyone who might be curious) I am not a big raw fish eater. I tend to stick with California Rolls when we have sushi BUT I have twice eaten the Tuna Oscar at Kona's and loved it. I ask for it to be done medium rare (and I do agree that any further than that, it would be dry so best to skip it) and it has been really tasty. The meat is still definitely raw in the middle, but the fish has a texture that is pleasant when it is done medium rare, so you may want to be adventurous and give it a try. I love the sauce and the fried green tomatoes - everything about that dish is a nice complement to the others. Mmmm, I can taste it now!

| Thanks for that review Suzie-Q. I had really wanted to try the Tuna Oscar, but I was so unsure about eating raw fish. I'll have to give it a try next time.

| It's taken me three days, during DD's naptime, to get through all the pics! Everything looks so yummy! Sort of regretting cancelling the Wishes Dessert Party, everything looks wonderful! But it would just take up too much time on our already too-short trip. |
