Most authentic food at Epcot I would like opinions from people regarding what they feel is the most authentic (in other words--not Americanized) food at Epcot. Thanks

Re: Most authentic food at Epcot Akerhaus -- the food has not been Americanized at all. Marakesh comes in second -- the spices have been toned down for broader appeal. At least, that is my opinion from the restaurants we've tried. There are SO many we haven't tasted yet!

Re: Most authentic food at Epcot Biergarten at Germany in the WS. We have eaten there twice. The first time we sat with a family from Illinois. The wife said the food was just like what her MiL cooks. MiL came from Germany in the 1950's she said. The second time we sat with a couple in their mid 30's. He was from GB and she was from Germany. She said the food was very authentic for the Bavarian state in Germany. May just drop in there for lunch on our next trip.
