1900 Park Fare - Transpo ?

My DD and I have an ADR for the Supercalafragalistic Breakfast at 8:30 on May 24th. We are staying at PO FQ. Will the character dining buses take us from the PO to the GF? Or will we have to go to Downtown Disney & then take a resort bus to the GF? I have read that the buses (except character breakfast buses) do not start running until 8:30, so I'm at a loss as to how we are going to get to the GF. Can anyone help?
TIA!!

You best bet (or what I would do) is take a bus to the MK, and then either take the monorail around to the GF or take the boat

I agree!, yes your best bet (if the character meal bus really does not run early enough)would be to take one to the MK and then take a monorail to GF for your breakfast ! By the way WELCOME to the boards!

If it's a pretty morning (which I'm sure it will be!), I would take a bus to the Magic Kindgom and then hop on the boat to the Grand Floridian. It's such a beautiful sight from across the water and then once you get there, it's wonderful to soak up a little of the Grand's atmosphere as you stroll from the dock up to the main building to the restaurant.

what i'd personally do (and what i have done) is the bus to MK and monorail. and the MK and that time is *ideal* to ask to ride in the nosecone. you get to ride right through the contemporary that way too.

Thank you all so much! It will be our last day there so I think riding the monorail from the Magic Kingdom (in the nosecone!) would make that day even more special.

Thanks again everyone for your help~I am so happy that I joined this community, everyone is so friendly & helpful!

And if you find yourself running behind as we often do, you can take a taxi from the front of your resort and go straight there, of course you have the added cost but its worth it if you going to be late.
