| My DH and I (and DS-2 and DH's mom) have an ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern the night we arrive. We have done Crystal Palace and Cinderella's Royal Table in the past and wanted to try something new. I have read a few posts that the food is terrible???? Is this true??? If anyone has eaten there recently and can give me their opinion I would be most thankful..........................

| The last time we ate there was in 2006. But the food was good and plentiful! And the character interaction was really good. I say try it if you haven't done it yet!

| We went last year August and everything about it. It was our favorite meal of the trip. If you like a typical Thanksgiving meal then you'll like LTT. The salad dressing is yummy, the rolls were , there's a nice selection of meats, and who doesn't love mashed taters and mac-n-cheeseThe characters were also great! KEEP IT ![]()

| It's hardly gourmet food but it's yummy family style fare. Steak, Turkey, Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese and a vegetable. Plus great character interaction!

| The mac and cheese is particularly good. It's not your average mac and cheese! The characters are a lot of fun, as well!

| We were in WDW last July. Just last night we were talking about our favorite meals at WDW becasue someone I work with was asking me for dining reccomedations. My 10 year old son and my DH both said Liberty Tree was their favorite meal of our trip. It is a traditional Thanksgiving-type meal. It was our first meal of the trip and we were eating late so we were starving but no one went away hungry. The characters were great. Joy |

| It is one of our return favorites for every trip as well. We say "Don't Miss It". Keep your ADR and tell anyone who says "poo poo" you'll try it for yourself! The only way to truley know if you like it or not is to go and try it. But I'll bet dollars to doughnuts you'll LOVE it!

| It's my DH's favorite resturant, especially for lunch. He LOVES the pot roast and my 4 yr old DD loves the pizza and the mac n' cheese. We almost always visit Liberty Tree when we go to MK for either lunch or dinner.

| A lot of people still seem to love it, so maybe we had an off night, but we ate there in December and the vegetarian offering for me was truly awful - it just had no taste to it at all. My DH told me that he didn't think the meat was as good as it had been on previous visits.

| Just had a call from JustinSkinner last night (He's there now). He said that on Sunday night he ate there and the food was phenominal and the characters were unbelievable. He was taking someone for their fist character meal and they had a blast. They didn't have anything vegetarian though, so we can't comment on that portion of the meal.

| We eat at LTT every trip and really enjoy it. It's nice to get a family style character meal instead of a buffet (there are only a few). As mentioned, the food is simple yet filling "Thanksgiving style" fare, which makes it a winner for my picky DH and my sons. The surroundings are a nice break from the hecticness of the parks (is that a word?!? |
