Cloudberry Horn @ Kringla Bakeri og Cafe

Have any of you tried this pastry? It is delicious. It has a flaky outside and the fill it with cloudberry creme inside. I can't really describe what the cloudberry tastes like, a bit sweet.

It's a fruit that grows in Norway. It was different and delicious. My 14 yo dd and I decide to split one.....I only got a few bites She really loved it and ate it rather quickly

If you want to try cloudberry, try the cloudberry preserves available at IKEA stores. Cloudberries grow in the far north, Alaska, Norway and Sweden all have cloudberries. They are a sweet and mild golden berry similar to a raspberry but less acidic. They have a faint vanilla taste to me.

I will have to try this on my next trip, it sounds yummy. I usually go in there for Rice Cream.
