Has anyone redeamed their PH $15 voucher or merch certificate? I was wondering what the merch freebie was? I thought we might use the $15 cert to split an app as a snack one free afternoon . ..

They have always asked first thing if we are using a voucher, then take it and disapper for an eternity. I feel like we are 2nd class citizens and not important. We quit going due to slow service and the food wasn't great either. In the past the voucher only gave you a few entree selections, I believe that has been lifted though.
The atmosphere is fun and entertaining enough and worth a visit, but it is not worth any further return visits on our opinion.
I'm not sure about the merchandise voucher, I've never used it! I've always forgotten about it.

I don't bother wiyth Planet Hollywood. I had my worst meal experience there and don't have any desire to go back. Good luck finding your answer.
