France's Boulangerie Patisserie Question

I need help and hoped someone here would know the answer. In April DH had the cheese plate at the Patisserie and loved it! DD and I are taking a "girls only" trip in Dec. and I wanted to leave some special snacks etc for him to enjoy while we're gone. My question is what cheeses are on the plate? I checked at All Ears and it isn't listed. Anyone know?

Looks like Swiss, Brie, and maybe Muenster or Gruyere. I'm not really sure, but maybe someone else knows their cheeses.
