Yeah, that's to be expected of German food. Just like you'll more often than not find "heat" in Mexican food or parmesan in/on Italian food, there sure as shootin' will be vinegar in German food! This I know - I'm from a midwest German family.

Sounds like you pretty much enjoyed yourself You had a lot of our favs on there. We love the Biergarten, WCC, Coral Reef, and we've enjoyed a couple great meals at the GG. Boma was a place we won't go back to though. But I'm glad you liked it !
