| Need Some Restaurant Help!!! I'm having some trouble coming up with a solution to make 14 people happy with dining selections. We will be on the reg. dining plan, so we will have 1 table service per day. Here's what I have so far...any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I also prefer to use my ts dining credits for dinner. Epcot (2 Days) *Le Cellier *Coral Reef Magic Kingdom (2 Days) *? *? (We've eaten at CRT, Crystal Palace and LTT) Disney Studios *? (We have eaten just about everywhere here) Animal Kingsom *? (We have eaten at Tusker House and it was a BOMB for us--Yuck!) |

| For eating around MK, I would suggest that you go to one of the monorail resorts to eat dinner. At the contemporary there is the Wave that has just recently opened and has gotten good reviews, and if you're looking more upscale there is always California Grille. The Poly has Ohana and there's the Grand Floridian cafe at GF. We've eaten at Tony's inside MK, but I like to have a glass of wine with my dinner-especially when I'm on vacation. DHS-I would try Mama Melrose's. We've done H&V before and weren't all that impressed with the food. If you don't mind venturing outside the park, you could take the boat over to the epcot-area resorts for dinner. There is a lot to chose from including cape may, spoodles, captain's grille among others. AK- I would say either the Rainforest Cafe or hop over to AKL and eat at either BOMA or Jiko. Can't really go wrong with either of those choices. Hope those help you! Enjoy yourself no matter where you eat!

| I agree about heading out to the monorail resorts - Chef Mickey's, 'Ohana, 1900 Park Fare and the California Grill are all great choices for dinner. As far as the Studios go, how about dinner at Spoodles on the BoardWalk? And for Animal Kingdom, I agree - head for the Lodge and Boma.

| MK- hop on over to WL and go to Whispering Canyon Cafe DHS- go to Beach Club for the Clam Bake at Cape May Cafe, there's a wide variety, even for non seafood eaters Epcot - Tutto Italia and Chefs de France are terrific too. AK - definitely hop over to AKL and take advantage of Boma!

| Monorail resorts are a great idea for MK. If you have kids of any age in the group then WC at WL is a nice boat ride away and a fun break. We've often had lunch at The Roaring fork CS in WL too if you haven't been there before - again, a nice break from the park and a great pool to overlook while you eat. We have often left AK for Boma or Jiko - both awesome, but Y&Y in the park our last trip was also a favourite meal - if you are there with evening EMH and don't want to leave for dinner, I'd recommend it. We've enjoyed Sci-Fi at HS, but we've never been for dinner - only lunch. We plan to try Spoodles for dinner this year. We have 15 going this fall and I am going to do our ADR list a few weeks early and email it to the other families and just let them decide if they want to try to join us for any. We did a big trip a few years ago and it is a lot of work trying to keep a big group together and ultimately frustrating. We think this is going to be a lot smoother and everyone will be able to see what they want in a day. We're staying in POFQ so we anticipate pool time together as well during afternoon breaks and in the evenings, so we think we'll still be able to connect lots there. (one of the families with 3 kids has never been - not even mom and dad! so I am looking forward to catching up with them each day and getting their reactions) What are you planning to help deal with the logistics of a large group? Have your travelled together before?

| From the MK, you could head to the WL for the WCC, or the monorail to 'Ohana or 1900 Park Faire. From the Studios, either Mama Melrose, or head over to the Boardwalk (I was considering this, but we're doing MM)

| For MK, I definitely agree to hit the monorail resorts... and I'd definitely recommend Ohana - it was the best meal ever, lol! We also REALLY liked the Plaza Restaurant. For AK, I was going to suggest Boma, too, but if you didn't like Tusker House I can't see you liking Boma! So I'd suggest a resort dinner like Whispering Canyon at WL for after you leave AK. At DHS, Sci Fi all the way for us. I love their food. Good luck deciding!

| Don't forget to think about Downtown Disney. There are some really fun restaurants down there such as Raglan Road, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest and of course the new T-Rex restaurant. Plus, you will there and close to all the activities! |

| MK: another vote for monorail resorts, Kona Cafe (Poly) The Wave (Contemp) or Whispering Canyon (WL). AK: Yak & Yeti at park or Boma (AKL). DHS: Spoodles on the Boardwalk or go to Epcot world showcase restaurant. We like LeCellier, Rose & Crown, Tutto Italia.

| MK- I agree with everyone else, try a resort meal. 1900 Park Fare, Kona Cafe, Whispering Canyon...etc! EPCOT- I think you have two good ones, but maybe try San Angel Inn in Mexico- varied menu and they are pretty good about making you a plain quesadilla for the picky eater if you ask. MGM- If you are looking to stay in the park, Sci Fi Cafe has the most variety in its menu and a good amount of healthy options if you are into that sort of thing (I'm not a picky eater but I can almost never find anything to eat at 50s Prime Time even though I LOVE the kitsch!!). Or, take a leisurely boat ride over to the Boardwalk and try Spoodles or one of the other restaurants. AK- Yak and Yeti has a varied Asian style menu. I don't always love Asian food but I actually really liked Yak and Yeti, and so did everyone else in the family (the pickiest people I know!). Otherwise, I agree with the resort trek over to Boma. |
