ADRs Can Now Be Viewed & Cancelled Online About This Page:

Is anyone else still having trouble viewing their ADRs online? Didn't know if this was still a bug in the system. I've never been able to view my ADRs online & I booked with a TA and can't get the online system to pull up my reservation either.

I tried typing in some of my ADR confirmations this morning and it still keeps saying that it can't pull them up. I emailed TA this morning and am starting to freak a bit about it. Trip is in a couple weeks & I've never been able to access anything online about it!

I booked my ADRs on the phone at my window several months ago and at that time the online system was nothing butt a pain in the butt. I'm wondering if that is why my reservations have never shown up online? Ideas anyone?

The system is in the early stages, so there are probably a lot of things that need to be worked out first. Many others here have said the same thing. Although, most have said making the actual ADRs has been quite easy.

When you make them, always write down the time and reservation number of your ADRs, so you don't run into problems. Can't rely on pulling up off of the site. May want to email your TA for all of this info. They should have it.

We made them online with ease and received confirmation email, but have been unable to view them since the day we made them. Not worried, plan to call clase to the time we go to check on everything.

I have made a few ADRs online but I'm not able to cancel any. The cancel button is there but it doesn't work. Also, it won't show me a list of my ADRs but if I individually enter the confirmation numbers that works. I guess they still need to work out the bugs.

Do reservations made outside of Disney themselves even show up? I'm not sure they do, unless you have a letter from Disney with a confirmation #?

I have found that I used the wrong phone number for one of my ADRs... not the phone number that I will have on my vacation- so that's why I couldn't pull it up with my cell phone number- I was using my home phone number.

Not sure what you are asking here. I made my reservations on the phone with Disney during the time when the online ADRs didn't seem to be working for much of anyone. Two other ADRs were eventually added by my TA, but they were all made through Disney's system.

I had my confirmation numbers but they would not pull up with the online system. Got confirmation from the TA along with an email of all my ADRs so they are still in the system. Just can't be accessed online for a reason that no one seems to know.

So anyone else still having trouble viewing yours---especially if your window was around the same time as mine---likely yours are fine also, but it never hurts to check!

I was trying it out today....but having problems...wants ages of the children in the party but no place to enter ages is showing.

I haven't tried it yet, so I can't help you. Probably will once I book my trip for next year sometime and have ADRs to do as well. I'm sure someone here can help you out.

We made our ADRs by phone today and was told that only ADRs made online could be viewed. I have not tried to view ours yet. Since the system is new we decided to call and get the ADRs that way until they get the system all worked out.

That's not true. I had to call to make mine because I couldn't get the +10 to open up on my 90 day mark, but I can look them up online except for my CP dinner package.

It still seems like the system isn't quite working the way we want it yet. Hopefully, it will improve. Right now, I'd be more than likely to still make my ADRs by phone. Still a number of glitches.

Yep, looks like the CM we talked to was mistaken. I was able to look ours up with no problems. Well, only one problem, but that had nothing to do with Disney, just me trying to keep all those ADR numbers straight.
