| I heard from my travel agent friend you could make reservations beginning at 3AM sure enough I woke up to try...nothing...then I woke up each hour and it still wasn't letting me make a reservation...THEN at 6 AM one hour before I could call in the dates for me Jan 14-21 2010 trip showed up! I will give you the best piece for advice even though I am a first timer go for CRT 1st...if that's what you want! I got it in my "cart" and I immediately checked out!! Lucky for me after that...it was the exact moment the website fritzed out! I tried to make other reservations for that hour before I could call and managed only to get two others and out of frear I did them once at a time since on of the reservations I already had in my cart was "no longer available" I had to go figure out which one it was and was unable to check out with it still in the cart....how frustrating for a first timer. I called the WDW Dine and they told me they were having trouble and she was able to fo one more reservation and she was locked out too...she told me to call back and told me the good thing was that it was worldwide and no one was getting anything...I called on the hour on the half hour and finally at 10:00AM this past Friday....I for everything I wanted at the time or within 10 mins of the time I wanted. This is going to be a great first trip. I got so many things people said would be hard! I guess my tip is to try the site for the first hour and then try to call...it was so much faster and of course they could look up other times. I was able to printout all my reservations and can cancel all of them online even the ones that I made on the phone. I could have slept all that time, but the fact that I got everything was totally worth it! |

| Welcome to the boards Singhsongs. Glad you eventually got all the ADRs you wanted. Judging by others here, WDW's new online ADR booking system seems to still have a lot of kinks to be worked out. Hopefully, it will work smoothly eventually. Although, I've also always found the official WDW site to be very sluggish at best and I've been using that site for over five years now. I try to avoid it when I can and only use it when neccessary.
