| Check this out please, is this the current sequence to get to a live DD operator? I do my adrs tomorrow, so I just called twice to check the process and this is what I came up with. Today's version of the preamble to get through to a person. "Welcome...yadda yadda, waiting to press 1 for English. More chat about what my options are... (say) "Reservations "V&A?" (say) "No". Unskippable chat about taking the survey. "Are you calling from the Orlando area?" press 1 (to avoid marketing research time wasters) "If you'd like [anything besides CRT and CM]," press 2. Now you're in the queue. Right? Does anyone know what the current "we're closed" message says, so if I call at 6:59 Disney-time instead of 7:00 I know to hang up and dial again?

| It sounds about right to me, although it's some time since I've called for ADRs now.

| I think their current message is just "Thank you for calling the Walt Disney Travel Company. Our phone lines are currently closed" or something like that. It won't give you options to press anything.

If anyone knows different, I'd love to know. I did check and it didn't recognize my conf. # (it has letters--apparently that's a no-no). I called and asked, and my ressie is in there, the CM found it "live" but can't access it online.

| Yes, when I got through there was one step in there I could skip--the booking CM/CRT I think.

| From what I have read, if you used a TA, you just need to get the WDW reservation number from them and then you can book online ADRs. I had no problems booking mine on Sunday morning. |
