| Chef Mickey's OK, I have tried to get ADR's for Chef Mickey's for ANYTIME of the day or night for a span of Dec. 12-16th, and NOTHING!!! What's up with that? It's a pretty slow time, I think, and they have nothing available??? Are they closed or something? Any suggestions? We do have a party of 4 adults, 3 kids, should I try to split it up? TIA- Jen |

| I agree, definitely keep trying! I tried a few times to get cancellations for Chef Mickey's when I went with DD last year (in August, during Free Dining) and we lucked out about a week before we left!. |

| You might try making your reservation through the group dining reservation dept. - with that many people you may have to do it that way. Just call the dining number and ask for group dining. They may just give you the number or they may transfer you. We had to make our ressie for the Hoop Dee Doo Revue that way because of our son's wheelchair. They were very nice and took care of everything. Good Luck! Chef Mickey's is an excellent choice.

| Thanks, everyone! Now you've got me thinking...I've not had breakfast at Chef Mickey's...just dinner. Which do you think is better? And if we can't get in there, how about Crystal Palace's breakfast vs. dinner? ![]() and I will call group dining tomorrow to see what they say. Good idea! |

| Sadly, I think it's got something to do with free dining. I'm trying for just two of us for either 10 or 11 December and have had no joy since before the 90-day mark. I tried at 91-days for 11 December for dinner and everything was gone then. I hope you can get in there - but the Crystal Palace is great. I'd see if you can book something there. I've got back-up choices that I've booked, and will cancel, if anything opens up at Chef Mickey's.

| For this year's March/April trip, we did the dining plan for the first time , so I had a lot more ADRs to make (we usually do one character meal and all the rest counter service). We really wanted either Chef Mickey's or Ohana for our arrival night (to be near MK without using a park day), but I couldn't get either. I got Ohana breakfast for our departure day as a backup, then kept calling for the arrival night dinner (up until a few hours before). When we got to WDW we walked up to both to see what we could get, knowing we might end up doing counter service instead. Ohana's wait was an hour , but CM's was able to seat us in 30 minutes. ![]()
