We have done it both ways and prefer dinners. We only do one TS per day.
We changed up this past trip and did really late breakfast or lunch. We found it was awful to be so full in the middle of the day.We travel in Aug.
So from now on our plan is:
TS dinner in or near the park with evening EMH.
CS lunch
light breakfast in room
we use our snacks around midnite during emh

Almost always do TS at lunchtime. Most of my trips are solo and I find it easier to do TS at lunch for 2 reasons-the resturaunts are much less hectic/noisy at lunchtime than at dinner. Also, since the vast majority of people eat CS for lunch, this way it's easier for me guarantee myself easy sitting at lunch and dinner times. By having an ADR, I don't have to fight anyone for a table at lunchtime. Then at dinnertime, the CS places tend to be very un-busy.
When DH and I go together, he has an early tee time for golf practically every day, then we meet for lunch. At dinner time he's usually too tired to go much of anywhere since he has to get up by 6:00am most morniings.

When we used to do the dining plan, we used our TS credits for dinner. Slightly better selection, and the price is higher.

But now that we're using the Tables in Wonderland card, we do table service for a few breakfasts, a few dinners, and most lunches on our typical 13-night trips. We do it that way not only to save money, but also to use our time better. We'd rather be out of the heat when it's burning up outside rather than later in the day. Also, we'd rather have a quick meal whenever we get hungry in the afternoon rather than having to plan it 6 months in advance. That is, we're more likely to know in advance when we'll be hungry for lunch than to know when we'll be hungry for dinner -- for whatever reason.

We are not be breakfast eaters and by lunch we are just getting started moving really fast. By dinner, I'm ready to stop and refresh, so we try for a 6ish dinner because that would be an early dinner for us. We take our time and still have a couple of hours before we have to call it quits.

BOTH!!!

If I was there for a month I still wouldn't eat everywhere I want to!
Our kids tend to enjoy the break during the day for lunch as well.
We do also eat a few character breakfast here and there as well but for the most part we get something quick on the run or have breakfast in the concierge lounge.

We usually do dinner or late lunch. We aren't big breakfast eaters so I don't think that would be could use for us. However, next trip I am going to plan a breakfast just because.....

We usually snack at breakfast and then have table service for lunch and dinner.

Well if you are on the DDP then dinner is the best use of the credit. If you are payin OOP then lunches will save you alot of $$.

DW and I have done both. If we do a lunch we tend to make it for the latest lunch seating, then just snack later in the evening when we are hungry. Last trip we used the DDP and ate all dinners.

We rarely do a TS lunch, but that's mostly because of the menus. We do a fair amount of breakfasts though because our family LOVES breakfast.

Talking about this is making me so hungry! Wish we were leaving NOW!

We did all 3 last visit. Our buffet breakfast was fine, but I'm not a big fan of buffets so I probably wouldn't do it again (Chef Mickey's). Our lunch TS were wonderful. They offered the kids a chance to sit and relax before they were overtired. Our dinner TS were disasters!!! Our DSs (1, 4, and 6 at the time) were so overtired by the time we sat down for dinner that they couldn't decide on what to order or sit still while we waited for the food. When the food came, they barely ate! So it all depends on your family. Best bang for your DDP dollar is by far dinners, but when everyone is near tears, you won't care too much about that.

This year we are doing the QS meal plan to avoid the breakdowns all together...plus we don't have to be any where specific at any specific time, we can just eat where and when we want to...I'm looking forward to the change, but know I will miss some yummy, relaxing TS meals!

We do both but seem to gravitate towards lunch ADR's.

There's usually so much food that we are ready for a nap after eating and after lunch is when we take our break so it works really well for us.

This trip we are doing mostly lunches, as we will be needing a break during the day. I figure a late lunch at about 1-2pm, then CS for dinner. That way we won't miss the fireworks at night.

We went in August we kind of did everything. We kept to one TS per day, but ate ate both lunch and dinner times. I agree with others din din is a better use of your TS credits. We ate lunch a couple of days and dinner a couple of days. The lunch was nicer, because we were able to walk off the meal. It seems as though the dinner menus had more to offer. Good luck with your plans!

On the DDP (basic) we always use out TS at dinner, better use of the credits, and more selection. CS for lunch, and often use our snack credit for breakfast. If I want to go for a breakfast I pay oop. We did this last Aug, we wanted to have breakies at Kona Cafe, so I paid oop for that, and used our TS for dinner.

If we didn't have the DDP, I'd do the TS for lunch to save $.

We have used most of our TS credits for dinner and CS for breakfast. If I'm going to do a TS breakfast, I would be inclined to pay OOP.
