I know that the Crystal Palace will be refurbished at the start of next year and LTT will be serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to make up for it, but someone told me that they were bringing characters to these meals. Are these the Winnie the Pooh Characters or the old LTT characters? We have reservations for LTT on 1/19 and have no idea who to expect! TIA

It's my understanding that during the CP refurb the original LTT characters will be returning for the meals at LTT. So it would be Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale.

Most of the reports that I've heard say it is the LTT characters but someone asked the question on the Disney Moms Panel and the panelist said it would be the characters from CP ( Moms Panel | Walt Disney World Resort * We are travelling with 2 boys, 4 and just 2, to WDW in Jan, and found out that Crystal Palace will be closed at that time, meaning no dining with Pooh. Can you please make any suggestions for another fun charac )so I'm confuzzled

. Either way I booked the breakfast and am looking forward to it.

The Mom's Panel has had some people saying it will be the old LTT characters and some saying it will be the CP characters.

However, someone on here posted a few days ago and said she made an ADR and was told by WDW reservations that it would definitely be the CP characters.

I was told by a cm in Sept that at least for breakfast it would be the CP characters. The lunch and dinner at that point had not been determined.

Wow, this is confusing - I've heard both reported so far, original Liberty Tree Tavern characters and the Pooh characters. To me, the Pooh characters makes more sense, as the Crystal Palace is down for refurbishment and, last time that happened, they took the Pooh characters to Tony's for a character meal there.

Hello everyone - I can help clear up the confusion. We (moms panel) have updated information on the characters. Liberty Tree Tavern will host Minnie Mouse, Pluto, and Chip 'n Dale for breakfast, lunch, and dinner January 3 through February 14, 2010.

This is very exciting for Chip and Dale fans as it's getting much more difficult to see them at character meals.

I hope this helps! (And I'd like to add the usual disclaimer that characters are subject to change.)

Cool..except now I'll miss Eeyore. But the boys loved LTT last time, in large part because of the character interaction so it will be a great addition.
