Re: Downtown Disney Restaurants House of Blues was great. We've enjoyed several meals at Fulton's. Although we liked the food at Bongo's, I'd never go back again because the service was among the worst that I've ever had anywhere and that can ruin an otherwise fine meal.

Re: Downtown Disney Restaurants The only sit-down place we have eaten at DTD so far is Fulton's and we didn't like it... won't be going back there!

Re: Downtown Disney Restaurants I guess I am not a very discriminating diner because we have eaten at HOB, Bongo's, Planet Hollywood,Portobello Yacht Club and the Rainforest Cafe and enjoyed them all!

Re: Downtown Disney Restaurants We've tried Planet Hollywood, Rainforest and Earl of Sandwich and had no complaints about any of them. However, I would love to try House of Blues next time, and I think that would be a great place for a group of adults to kick back and have some fun.

Re: Downtown Disney Restaurants We've done Bongo's (won't do that one again); Rain Forest Cafe - really liked it; Fultons - good but pricey; and Wolfgang Puck (there's a story here - but we won't go back any time soon).

Re: Downtown Disney Restaurants We always eat at Rainforest Cafe and love it, but we have 2 DSs. It is usually noisy and there are lots of children there so if you have 4 adults you may want to give it a pass...

Re: Downtown Disney Restaurants We've had lunch and dinner at both Fultons and Captain Jacks - I need my crab legs fix! Fultons is by far my favorite, but as someone else mentioned, quite pricey. Going for a late lunch helps that a little. I didn't like lunch as much at Captain Jacks (no crab on the menu ), but dinner was ok.

Re: Downtown Disney Restaurants We just got back EARLY this AM from Disney and we had a FAB meal (2 adults) at Portobellos! Its right next to Fultons but from sitting there watching Fultons I wont ever eat there-it was a zoo! The whole place was loud, the intercom to call folks was so loud it got annoying to those of us at a SEPERATE resturant. Portobellos was great, fantastic food, wonderful staff and not full of screaming kids. We had a lovely 3 course meal with wine etc for about 105.50 before tip.
