What restaurant would you not eat at again?

Either counter service or sit down.

We didn't like our burgers much at Rosies in MGM, they weren't awful but they weren't very tasty either and the chips were cold .

The only sit down dinner that I didn't particularly enjoy was Portobello Yacht Club at DTD and this was due to the fact that they served roasted garlic and bread to start and Allan had persuaded me that the garlic was roasted onion and convinced me to try a huge bite. Everything I ate that night tasted of garlic and I could detect no other flavours. I don't think Allan enjoyed the meal that much either but I think that was more to do with my constant moaning . I don't think we would return because it was a bad experience but it was not the restaurants fault.

Mama Melrose's at MGM. It wasn't bad, but it was just too much food and too expensive. Not a great atmosphere for a child. I am looking forward to trying Prime Time next time!

Re: What restaurant would you not eat at again?

It's funny, when I read your question, the first thing that came to my mind were burger's at Rosie's in MGM. I don't think I've ever complained about a burger before (believe me, I'm not a picky eater, I've only complained about one other restaurant in my life-- Ruby Tuesday's, because when I cut into a piece of chicken breast it was raw in the inside/middle -- not undercooked-- raw-- other than that, I'm easy to please).

I probably wouldn't eat at Akershus (I know I spelled that totally wrong), it wasn't bad, I just really didn't care for the food they offered (I was only 16 when I ate there though-- so I could like it now)

That's it though!! I can't think of any other restaurant in WDW that I haven't liked.

My husband didn't like breakfast at Chef Mickey's-- he thought it was "ok." But, we'd like to try dinner there some time.

Re: What restaurant would you not eat at again?

The food at the Sci Fi diner was pretty good. We ended up getting a snack for me and DH. DD got a lunch.
The best burgers are at Beaches and Cream. I highly recommend them. You can boat over from MGM to Yacht Club. I definitely will do them again.

Big River Grille - - I ate there years and years ago and still remember how bad it was.

I myself am pretty easy to please as well as my DH. I have to say I didn't like Akershus in Norway. It just wasn't my kind of food though my DH loved it. He didn't like California Grill which I loved. Just difference in tastes.

We found the food court at the New Orleans hotel v.v.v dissapointing we would never go there again, Planet Hollywood was also very overpriced for very mediocre food.

Re: What restaurant would you not eat at again?

I'd have to say Rainforest Cafe in DTD. It was just an overall bad experience we had a couple of years ago - going in right as a rainstorm hit so the place was slammed...my food was cold & gooey...and the tables were absolutely crammed on top of one another, I really don't think DD & I could have sat in our seats if the same chairs at the table behind us were being used. So, chalk it up to a bad experience at a place that's probably fine, but I know it will keep us from going back.

Planet Hollywood. Food was awful IMO. Service was mediocre. Atmosphere was loud & hectic. No one enjoyed this meal.

Re: What restaurant would you not eat at again?

I don't recall any restaurant that I had bad food or bad service. Some were just so so but my answer to the question What restaurant would you not eat at again? would have to be any restaurant I've already eaten in. There are so many good restaurants I'm dying to try I try not to do one more than once until I've gotten thru every restaruant I want to try.

Re: What restaurant would you not eat at again?

I know I'm going to be in the minority on this one, but I would not go to Fulton's Crab House again. My fi and I ate there on our first trip, and thought it was ridiculously priced for what it was (luckily, we were on the silver plan, and used our wishes to pay for it). And we didn't think the food was that great. Good food, prepared not so well. And I have a personal thing about having to disassemble my food before I eat it... so I didn't do well there at all

My answer will not be a popular one either, Rose and Crown.
None of our family members liked it.
