Re: LTT or Crystal Palace I don't know for sure by maybe you can do the Crystal Palace for an early dinner before the park closes to non-MNSSHP guests. I believe the park closes at 6pm for the party so maybe you can get a 5:30 seating at the CP.

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace I have never been to LTT but am trying it in July. When I was making my PS the CM helping me recommended it and described the food and the family style portions, etc. I always have read good reviews of the place. Crystal Palace is festive and people are always crazy about going there but it can be quite hectic. I also love Tony's for lunch (never been for dinner) but if you would like the characters it's obviously not the same... I would give LTT a try. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace WE have been to LTTfor dinner and really enjoyed it! The food is delicious and it is much more low-key then Crystal Palace. Crystal Palace has great food too, but it is a bit louder!! Good luck deciding!!

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace I have never been to the CP; it's on my list of things to do, but LTT is great. It's a very "homey" atomosphere, the characaters are great and the food is wonderful. We already have our PS for MVMCP on 12/8.

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace We reallly enjoyed both of our dinners at LTT. It's Turkey with all the fixin's. The atmosphere is relaxing and we got to see some of the characters more than once.

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace Another "YAY" for the LTT - great Thanksgiving-type food. I like Tony's for lunch, but found it very expensive for dinner ($18 for spaghetti!) Another thing about the LTT that is a bonus, if you work your PS time right, you can come out of dinner just as the park "opens" back up to guests (they corral everyone into Tomorrowland until the official start time of the party.) Since you're in Liberty Square, you are a quick hop to BTMRR and Splash and you can get on before anyone could run all the way from Main Street or Tomorrowland! Eileen

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace We ate at LTT before MVMCP in December, and it was great. It was our first time, and I enjoyed it. It has a nice atmosphere (cozy) and the food was quite good as well (and there was plenty of it)!

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace I'd take a last seating at Crystal Palace. I've never been there, but I've been to Liberty Tree, and I probably won't ever go back there. It just didn't impress me the way other Disney meals, character or not, have impressed me. Good luck, and have fun! Jennifer

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace We've been to both and do prefer the Crystal Palace - we love the buffet there and have always had a lot of fun with the characters, although we've not had a bad experience at the Liberty Tree Tavern. I'd give that a go to see what you think of it - at least then you've tried it! ![]()

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace I've heard a lot of good reviews of LTT, but I also heard a family once found maggots in their food That personlly completly turned me off and I don't know if I would ever eat there, but I'm sure that was just an isolated occasion.

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace We decided to try LTT on our July trip because we'd already eaten at Crystal Palace. We really liked Crystal Palace, but we wanted to try something different. And most folks here seem to like it...It's so hard to decide, though! ![]()

Re: LTT or Crystal Palace We've eaten at both and I probably prefer CP over LTT. But, I'm also not a big "thanksgiving meal" type of person. But, there is nothing wrong with the food at LTT and the characters were fun.
