| chat room when I go into chat room it loads and doesn't display chat box.

| The chat function on this board is Java based. Pop-up disablers/blockers sometimes have to be turned off for it to work. You must also be running the most current version of Sun Java.

| Thank you for responding. We have the latest Java and we've always been able to get into the chat room except for a few days ago until now?

| Silly question time... Has your system done any automatic program updates in the past few days, especially to Windows or your Virus/Firewall program? Has anyone changed anything on your system like install any new programs?

| well... you can either restore the computer to a point prior to that update and it should work or find out what the update was and check your settings to see what changed. It's possible that the update restricted JAVA applications, they are a very common way to get something bad into your computer...
