Ever since we had the problem on PP the other last week, my background pic of my Jack Sparrow is gone and all my albums have a red x What happened and how do I get everything back? Do I have to redo all the albums? Computer literate I'm not, so if you have to explain something to me please go in steps. Thank you

The first thing I would do is log off the boards then log back in. While logged off, delete your cache in your web browser.

If it continues, then you will probably have to redo them. If you're getting red x's, that usually indicates the pictures are no longer available. Give it another day or two and see what happens.

I just did that and everything is still the same I guess I'm just going to have to spend ALOT of time doing my albums over again Now if you can remind me how I put my Jack Sparrow as my backfground I'd appreciate it Thank You!
