Help! I have tried to add a new countdown to my signature, but it won't save for me. I have tried this on several different days within the last week or so and I just can't save a countdown.
Make sure you have the date entered correctly, it should be day/month/year. If it's not entered correctly, it could indicate that the date has past and that would not save, for example Nov 2, 2011 would be entered as 02/11/2011. If entered as 11/02/2011 then the system would consider it already over...
And make sure you have the "enable the countdown" box checked.
Yep, done all that ... checked the box, entered the date correctly (04/10/2011 entered as 10/04/2011) and clicked save chages and the system then tells me it is saving my changes, but still nothing happens.
