I've uploaded several pictures to photobucket but I'm unsure of how people size their photos. I notice that you can resize to a set numbers of 100x75, 120x120 or 160 x120.
Or if you click other options there is a slider bar that then gives a % instead of a size when you slide the bar.
My understanding is that I can post photos that are no bigger than 640 x 680.
So when I slide the bar and shrink say down to 80% and save it is there a way of seeing what size it is in numbers like 400 x 400 for example ?
Is there a general size that works for most photos ?
Finally, is there any way you can see your photo in a post without hitting the submit button ?
I think I have it figured out now but sizing them at 640 is still quite small. They are coming up only a couple of inches square.
I'll include one below....would love some suggestions

I'm curious about this as well. It seems all the sticky posts about resizing are old or do not apply to me ... bumping for possible advice of resizing?
