WASTE my hard earned dollars? I have been trying to call for the last 3 days during business hours and no one answers and no way to leave a message. What gives? Your service is beginning to go down the tubes. I have emailed also and still not response. I am getting fustrated with you.
Sorry you have not received an answer yet. Dave & Jennifer are usually quick to respond. I have ordered the refill kit for 2013 as well. However, the last thing I saw was that the 2013 books are not in the country yet. Since you have already received a kit, it looks like there was mixup when the order was entered into the system. I would send a PM to Jennifer and explain the problem once again. She should be able to get it corrected by the time they start shipping the 2013 preorders later this month.
I'm not aware of a telephone number to call the company, just this email address: support@passporter.com
Also, the Garage (where this message was posted) is for help with the discussion board, and is monitored not by PassPorter personnel, but by volunteer "guides."
A better place to ask for help on your PassPorter store order (if you're not getting help through the email address I listed above) is through the Using Your PassPorter: Tips and Answers forum. While not an ideal place to contact the PassPorter office personnel, it might be more likely to be seen over there.
The best way to reach me (I'm the one who does orders, and the one who can help sort this out) is to e-mail support@passporter -- I check that e-mail every business day, usually several times a day. I also sit in the Live Chat room to answer any questions from those who want to "talk to someone." I'm usually there at Portal - PassPorter.com every morning, and nearly every afternoon. I take great pains to offer the best customer service I can … really and truly.
That said, I was able to locate your order based on your member name. According to my records, you purchased a 2012 refill kit back on November 21. This was actually a week before the 2013 edition even went on pre-order on November 28. It's always important to check the edition number or name when you place an order -- we won't assume you don't want an edition as many people want different editions for different reasons. But you can definitely exchange the 2012 edition you ordered -- I'm sending you an e-mail with directions on how to do that.
