Checking in on SWA while in the parks

Okay experts, I need advice. Now that I have my SWA tickets and know when I'll be leaving MCOI realized that my 24 hour check-in coincides with an ADR at Crystal Palace. Any advice on what to do? Can I access the internet at MK? Will they help at Guest Services?? I welcome any and all helpful tips from the pros.

I've read that Guest Relations on Main Street can help you but I don't know the details. I'd love info as well -- we'll be at DHS right when our 24 hours hits...

Guest services/relations should be able to help you and print them out for you If you have a mobile phone with internet, you could check in there, and then wait until later to print your tickets!

Guest relations at MK printed mine out for me last year. They were very friendly and helpful. Just as a side note, they also took care of faxing my insurance card to centra care the day after my daughter fell and had to get stitches. Those folks sure are handy!

Wow. I didn't know you get Guest relations to help you check in. On our last trip we flew SW and since they weren't on the airline check in list at the hotel, and we didnt have internet access I didn't think we could do it. We waited until we got to the airport and you know you really can't do that with the new SW boarding policy. We'll have to try this on our next trip since we're flying SW again.

Good info to know! Our time didn't coincide with any other plans so we just went back to WL for help from concierge. But that may not always be the case.

You guys rock
so much for all of the helpful info. I kinda figured Guest Relations could help since they seem so helpful about everything else.

Guest services at the MK did it for me one time, and the front desk at the Contemporary did it one time. Just have your SWA receipt with you, and it should be very easy to do!

You might want to see about pushing your ADR ahead a bit so that you can be at Guest Services when your 24 hour window opens. That way you will be in the Group A early boarding group (or whatever they call it now... )

Good to know! We were at MK at our last 24-hour check-in time and I sent poor DH to the Contemporary. I thought I was smart doing that, as we were staying at AKL. I didn't realize you could have it taken care of right in the parks!

Yep, just go to Town Hall in the MK and check-in. That's what we did in April2007.
