Read the back of the tag it tells you how to attach it to your bag.I hope that helps.

You'll attach the whole yellow strip, but only remove the small squares at the end of the tags. It will attach just like an airline luggage tag, so you only want to uncover the two small sticky ends - if you remove the whole liner, it's nearly impossible to secure it properly as it will keep sticking back on itself!

The entire yellow tag gets strapped to your luggage handle. Secure it at both ends.
