Just did my check in for tomorrow's flights A31 and A32 I was stalking my computer for the last two minutes before I could enter my info.
Then I decided to go ahead and do the Early Bird Check in for our Wednesday return. I've never done that before. Last time I flew there wasn't that opportunity and we actually had Guest Services at our resort check us in while we waited for the DME bus (and got really low B spots). I was afraid of doing it that way again with this new policy in place.
Not long now!!
(Still have to pack, get my pedicure, and take my library book back....and I'm at work today)
I did EB Check in when I flew out to TX this past June. For me it was worth not forgetting to check in at the 24hr. mark. My DD & I got decent boarding #'s A19 & A20.
Congrats -- that's a great feeling! You got good numbers. We did EBCI for our return in January and I thought it was money well spent not to have to think about being on DH's Blackberry right at the 24 hour mark. Have a great time!
Hope you're having a great trip! Please post when you get back about how SW handles boarding at RDU now. Last time I flew SW, they just ahd A,B and C lines and no numbers.
I will be able to check in at work for my outbound flight (5:30 PM and that's the end of my work day so no issues w/ computer usage ). I'm going to chance it for my return flight. My return flight is 8:50 AM, and i'm hoping to be in line to get in a park that day, so I will scoot over to Guest Services at that park and have them check in for me. I'm solo, so even if I get a low B, it won't be that big of a deal.
Wish there was a way to check and see how many tickets were sold for that flight. I'm hoping that since it's an early morning flight leaving WDW that it won't be even close to full.
