Has anyone ever heard of or used Red Coach (www.redcoachusa.com)? It sounds pretty good, but I'd love to hear some first-hand info.

Walt Disney World has become a touchstone for me, a constant in a world where everything changes. Again and again I have come back to this place, grounding myself, communing with all the people I've been.
I may give it a try soon. I'm considering a solo trip to WDW in early January, and it looks like it would be a good option if I don't drive or use airline miles.
