Unhappy Delta seats?

I booked our tickets down to Disney but I've still been playing around on the website since I haven't booked our tickets back yet. I just wanted to see what the prices down were compared to what I booked, yes they went up quite a bit but I noticed they are showing the seats which I have confirmed for our party of 5 as available. Wonder how many people are sitting in our seats?

Are you sure you reserved seats? Go on to your reservation and just click on them now and make sure you get them.

I would definitely log in to see what seats they have you assigned to and if for some reason you're not assigned, you can go ahead and pick seats.

If it's not showing online for some reason but you firmly believe you booked seats, call them. I've had it happen before that my seats were not showing on the Delta website, but when I called the lady read back to me the seats I had reserved and they were correct.

You should be able to just log onto your reservation, see your seats and change them, or in this case confirm. Good luck!

They could have made an equipment change, and hence your seats were moved. I'd check ASAP for peace of mind!

That's what I was thinking- they could have changed planes. Good luck.

We've had them change our seats with out us knowing before. They had us all spread out around the plane. But it's amazing how fast they can fix it when they realize they have a 3 yr. old and his parents seperated. Good luck, and keep checking, that's another reason I try to avoid Delta.

If you've bought and paid for the tickets, I bet they've changed the airplane they're using and it's a different seating chart.
Why they can't drop everyone into comparable seats is beyond me, but... Things would be different if I ran the airline

Thanks all. Logged in and checked. They've moved us from row 17 as on my confirmation email to row 15. So they actually gave us better seats. Just a relief to know we are still together.

Another thing..have you signed up for their e-mails so they can tell you if your flight has been changed etc? I finally did that, and I've already had a couple of updates about our planes times being shifted around by about 5 min (which is not unusual because Air Canada does that all the time)
I had to call them because I couldn't find our flight or anything and yet I had a confirmation number. It was there but they didn't bunch it together as they had in Dec so I had to check two different flights etc.
I keep checking in and making sure everything is o.k every couple of wks.

Glad to hear they moved you up and kept you together. We fly Delta a lot and have been moved, especially when they have to make a plane change, but we have always been kept together and we often travel as a group of six! LOL Row 15 is good : )

This Sounds like an Equipment change to me as well. I think they just take all the paid reservations from the previous aircraft and hit the randomize button. We had our last trip booked all seated together and by chance I checked the seating plan 3 or 4 months before we flew. Behold the madness my 8 year old was in the front of the plane my wife and 10 year old in the back and myself in the middle of the plane. MADNESS called the airline 20 min. wait to talk to a human 10 seconds later fixed. So now I check at least once a month just to make sure.

If we had made the airport with those bookings it would have been MADNESS to fix.
