I don't fly very often. Actually, I've only flown twice before and am not quite sure what a "good" price is on an airline ticket. What would be considered a "good" price on airfare from Louisville, KY to Orlando? I currently have tickets in Oct. for $181.50 RT. We are going again in February and the current price is $201.00. (This is on Delta). Any input? Thanks guys!

If you have questions about the airfare, you have a few choices:

1. Check out the prices on www.orbitz.com and they list all of the prices from several airlines, including Delta.

In addition to orbitz, I would check out www.bestfares.com and click on the "You Snooze You Lose" icon. These fares are incredble, but you have to jump on the deal ASAP

2. Go to the "Ask a Travel Agent" forum and see what Jean says. Jean is nothing short of a miricle worker when it comes to helping plan.

Fortissimo, that Orbitz site is great! I, too, had been having doubts about wheather or not I had snagged a good price. Our tickets are $178 per person RT with no connections. The best comparable price on Orbitz was $244.

you might try to see what ATA has. We live in Indianapolis (not far from you) and they have been advertising a rate right now at $99 RT for some flights.

We live in Louisville and we got tickets back in Feb for a Sept trip for 210 round trip. I have checked recently and found them for 170. That is flying Delta and stopover in Atl.
