SONG air

Hi all,

Just wanted to say thanks again to everyone who recommended Song airlines. We had a great time flying them from Boston. The kids watched Cartoon Network (and my youngest loved the color your own cookie) and I was addicted to the music trivia game. I was winning so my 9 yr old DS tried to beat me under assumed names. It was a lot of fun! I would recommed them to anyone.

Re: SONG air

Glad to hear your positive report on Song. I will be flying on Song from Boston in less than two weeks.

Re: SONG air

We love flying Song too. As a nervous flyer it really helps having things to watch & do to keep my mind occupied. For my 12 yr old DH who has ADHD, between his gameboy & the cartoon network there's enough to keep his attention for the 3 hour flight. We'll be flying Song again in 8 days for my oldest daughter's wedding in West Palm Beach and we'll have our 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter with us. Between the coloring books and cartoons we should be all set!!

Re: SONG air

We fly on SONG in a little over a week!! We were looking at the flights and we noticed that ALL the flights for the day before and on our travel day to Orlando are totally booked, except ours...it had 4 seats left! (All of them in the middle of course!)

We are really looking forward to the non stop flight and the activities to keep occupied.

Re: SONG air

You can count us as more satisfied Song customers. The in flight entertainment was great and the flight attendants all had great attitudes.

Re: SONG air

We just got back last night using Song. They did something really funny. The safety thing they do was pre-recorded by a guy who sounded like Barry White to this kind of soul-ly sexy music and he was all like "yeah ,baby, the closest exit may be behind you!" The whole plane was cracking up!!

Very funny!

Re: SONG air

We loved Song airline. We got to fly on Song b/c of a busy Spring Break sunday. There were so many people trying to get home, Delta flew a bunch of us on Song to Tampa(I think it was) and picked up a crew. Then we changed airplanes to get back to Texas. We loved watching the History Channel and Cartoon Network. The people were great, too!

Re: SONG air

We flew Song last year and overall were pleased with it (except that they didn't have us all seated together for the flight down). I wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again.

Did you call and buy your tickets or did you buy online? Do they honor their choose your own seat offer? This has been one of my biggest issues...I can see them now trying to sit my 9yo Autistic son or my 7 year old nervous about everything son away from us...yikes! For that matter...I would be blessed with all 3 while DH sits alone...
